Privacy policy (GDPR)

1. Data controller

The camping and accommodation services are operated by S.C. PASCALE SPEDITION S.R.L., tax ID RO33430870, registered in the Trade Register under no. J01/469/2014.

2. What data we process

Identification and contact data you send voluntarily: name, phone, email, message, unit type (tent, caravan, room, apartment), stay dates and guest count — via the contact form or WhatsApp.

Booking and stay data: communication history, confirmations, invoices or accounting records where applicable.

Limited technical data, only if you accept statistics cookies: pages viewed, device type, traffic source — in aggregate form via Google Analytics (if enabled).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive data and do not request such information.

3. Legal basis and purposes

Performance of a booking request or accommodation/camping contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Legitimate interest: answering enquiries, site security, accounting and tax records, improving services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Consent: statistics cookies and marketing communications, only if you explicitly accept (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Legal obligation: tax and regulatory records where required by law (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with providers necessary to operate: hosting, WhatsApp/Meta for messages you initiate, accounting services, public authorities when required by law.

Google LLC — only if you accepted analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymised IP). Google policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Retention

Messages and booking requests: up to 3 years from the last relevant interaction, or longer if accounting/tax law requires.

Accounting and tax documents: as required by applicable law (typically 10 years).

Cookie preference: stored locally in your browser until deleted or changed.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under GDPR.

You may withdraw consent for statistics cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data: limited access, established communication channels, HTTPS on the website.

WhatsApp transmissions are also governed by Meta policies; please avoid sending unnecessary or sensitive data.
